Jim’s practice is focused on counseling businesses on brand value protection and growth through online sales control solutions. His practice focuses on investigation and enforcement, authorized seller management, MAP and other pricing policies, sales channel conflicts and quality control issues.
Jim graduated cum laude with his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as the professional development officer for the Moot Court Honor Board. He graduated with a B.A. in English from The Ohio State University.
