Max is an associate in the Vorys Akron office and a member of the firm’s corporate, finance and real estate practices.
Prior to joining Vorys, Max served as a clerk for the Lawrence County Public Defender’s Office.
Max received his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law, where he served as the assistant editor and production editor for the Akron Law Journal. He also received a certificate in business law from Akron. Max graduated magna cum laude from Westminster University with a B.A. in finance.
