Ted is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the health care and litigation groups. He has extensive experience as a medical malpractice attorney, defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation. He also has significant experience defending lawyers and law firms in legal malpractice cases and professional liability actions, and employers in workers' compensation and general employment matters. Ted has further experience in personal injury and premises liability defense litigation.

Defending hospitals and physicians in serious malpractice cases involving neurological and other grave injuries
Defending employers in numerous jury trials of appealed workers' compensation claims and thousands of workers' compensation hearings at the administrative level
Successfully arguing for employers in numerous appellate cases involving workers' compensation issues
Ted has lectured on a variety of topics including general trial practice, defense of medical negligence cases and substantive workers' compensation law matters.
Ted received his J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was a member of The Ohio State University Law Journal. He received his B.A. cum laude from The Ohio State University.
