Gregg is of counsel in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the corporate and insurance groups. He concentrates his practice in all areas of federal and state securities laws, as well as, corporate, limited liability company and limited partnership law and state insurance laws.

A $24 million acquisition of an extruded acrylic sheet business
Establishing a joint venture to construct a manufacturing plant in Turkey
A $17.25 million acquisition of an extruded acrylic sheet business
Sale of control to a private equity firm following an auction in which family owners and management team retained an interest utilizing buyer-side representation and warranty insurance to facilitate customary indemnification arrangements including an escrow, a basket and cap
Provided counsel to a super-regional insurance company in the cross-purchase of shares of an affiliate, recapitalization of a subsidiary, redemption of surplus notes, termination of captive insurance company and revising reinsurance arrangements
Provided counsel to a super-regional mutual insurance company with respect to the sale of its life insurance company
Provided counsel to a national customer service center provider regarding applicable requirements for insurance adjusters, insurance agents and providers, customer service representatives, third party administrators and insurance appraisers

Gregg received his J.D. from the Capital University Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Curia and his B.S. cum laude from Mount Union University.
Before joining Vorys, Gregg was a staff attorney with the Ohio Division of Securities from 1981 to 1985, supervisor of the Registration Section of the Ohio Division of Securities from 1985 to 1987, and Attorney Inspector of the Enforcement Section of the Ohio Division of Securities, 1987.
