Jilly is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm’s corporate group.
Her practice focuses on representing public, private, pre-IPO companies and their lenders in offerings of non-equity linked debt (high yield, investment grade and pre-IPO), equity-linked debt (convertibles, exchangeable debt and capped calls) and equity. Her experience also includes advising public companies and foreign private issuers on periodic reporting and disclosure on Forms 10-K, 20-F, 10-Q, 8-K, 6-K and DEF14A, NYSE / Nasdaq compliance, preparation for SEC climate-related regulation and other corporate governance matters.
Jilly earned her J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she served as a senior editor for the Case Western Reserve Law Review. She graduated magna cum laude from Denison University with a B.A. in religion and international studies.
Jilly is actively involved with the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance, where she serves as a co-chair of the Criminal Legal Working Group and facilitates partnership of non-profits and law firms to create large-scale, coordinated pro bono projects with the goal of bringing about systemic change and racial equity in the law.
