Zac is an associate and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group. His practice focuses on capital markets financing transactions, primarily counseling clients on venture capital financings, public and private securities offerings, derivatives hedging, syndicated bank facilities, leveraged acquisitions and general corporate finance. Zac also assists clients with insolvency and restructurings.
Zac received his J.D., MBA and MA in international commerce from the University of Kentucky. He received his B.A. in criminology with honors from the University of Illinois.
